COCONUT OIL EASY TO USE

Postby Coconut Oil Healed me » 29 Sep 2012, 01:37

Hello. The coconut oil melts at 74 degrees fahrenheit so it will start melting on your fingertips as soon as you scoop it out of the container. Store in a cool dry place. If the solid melts to a liquid you can place in the refrigerator for a short time and it will return to a solid again.
It does not burn or sting. Just spread it all over the outside of your anus and push a little inside if you can take the pain. Initially I could only use on the outside and the anal itching disappeared almost immediately. After a couple of days I started pushing the oil about a 1/4 inch inside and my fissure eventually healed after a couple of weeks.
Coconut oil is an anti-inflammatory that can be eaten. It is used for cooking. You can even eat directly out of the bottle if you like coconuts.
It can be use for all skin ailments such as acne, cold sores, dry skin, etc. It cuts the life of a cold sore in half and immediately starts healing it.
The oil does not stain clothing.
I tried about 10 different creams to help with anal itching and nothing has worked like coconut oil.
Spread the word about coconut oil.

Is virgin coconut oil something I get at a regular grocery store, or does it have to be a holistic shop?

You can get it online if you can't find it in the 'ordinary' shops. Try iherb.com

Coconut oil has helped me in 2-days time. I got mine at Whole Foods but I know it's everywhere. It comes in a jar and is white/hard looking like Crisco almost. But the moment you put you hand in the jar to scoop some up, it begins to melt. I put it on my entire bottom side after every trip to bathroom (#1 or #2) (the oil was of course followed by ample cleansing for which I used unscented babywipes and/or sitz baths). The relief was rather immediate. Can't explain it, but coconut oil was the first out of like 12 things I tried that actually brought me some relief. Still working to cure my fissures, but can say coconut oil was a rock star compared to every other cream/ointment that is supposedly designed to help.

Hi, I'm just experimenting with coconut oil myself. What I did was got a needle free syringe which was given to me free at the Pharmacy counter. Then put some coconut oil warm enough to be liquid in the syringe.
Held it about a half inch from the fissure and shot it on.
It felt good.
