I can only help you with the second question - I have no problem squeezing my anus or any other part in that area LOL. All is tight and nice and "squeezable " Image but I do not even dream of doing Kegel - my muscles would get to their original "iron" squeeze stage and I would need LIS no. 3 (not unheard of though ....God forbid !!!!) I just did 3 "anus push ups" for you , and you owe me a BIG time , ha ha ha...
Regarding Botox, I know that my friends who have it done on face told me it works for about 3 months Image , but the relaxation would disappear gradually over time, or that is what they told me ...
I completely understand your concern Image - maybe it is safer to wait for 12 weeks to pass Image

Sorry Snaf Image , but actually almost all people on this board that had Botox did answer you. We had maybe 2 more members that used Botox but they are long gone.
If you feel pain, spasms and tightness than probably your Botox "expired". I am sure that all other members got different amounts of Botox and perhaps had it placed in different locations - so yeah - really , even their input can not give you one general answer Image . You will just have to follow your gut feeling and decide what is best for you and your particular situation.
I wish you best of luck Snuf Image
