Just a topic to share apps that have helped.

Personally I've found that I drink a lot more water when have I an app to remind me. "Plant Nanny" is a good one. It's almost like a game, because it reminds you to drink water throughout the day to water your cartoon plant. I also have a few anti anxiety apps. A really good one is called "Breathe 2 Relax".

These are both android apps but I'm sure there are similar things for iphone if not the same ones. :heart:
