Recent downtime

Postby pinpin » 28 Sep 2013, 09:56

Hello,

First of all sorry to all you dear members, but this data center crash hitted us on Friday evenining in Germany.
I was chasing them starting from yesterday's evening, but due to fact that issue occurred on Friday evening it was challenging. Actually this is first bad experience I have with them and that hit us exactly after migration ...

Currently they have restored their crashed cluster and we are again online. I will raise some post mortum on Monday, as it affected not only this board but also another web sites supported by my company, which are much more critical for business.

I am once again sorry, and welcome everybody back!
:wel:

Yours sincerely, Igrik
