Hello!

I went in for surgery today on what I thought was going to be Botox for chronic fissure and an investigation to check out la couple of umps.

I ended up with a low fistulotomy as he said I had two 'almost' fistulas into my vagina. The lumps are internal piles to be sorted another day.

The area is packed and sore and I'm scared stupid about passing wind or going to the toilet for fear of all the blood and pain.

Has anyone had this op before and Botox too? I've read so many horrible stories on here and I'm absolutely kicking myself that I've had it done.
