Day 11:
I feel so much better! I can move around more fluidly, cooked a nice breakfast for myself. The drainage and blood spotting has lessened a whole lot. Today's BM was the best yet with not much pain afterwards. The only meds that I'm still taking are the urinary ones and Tylenol. I'm at 70% of my normal activity.
I'm going to take a short road trip (no walking) to a lake today and may even do a bit of shopping.

Hi rockpine,
I know I'm a little late, but I wonder if the pain from the bowel movements was originating from the site of the removed hemorrhoid. Seems to me that it would be a very raw spot. After my LIS, I had no pain whatsoever, but I didn't have any hemorrhoids removed, either, and I had just one tiny little incision where the LIS was done. I hope you are doing much, much better at this point, and getting fat and happy.
Semper Fi,

Matt
