I've been using this technique for the past four days now and it works great for me so I figured I'd share it here.while I'm sitting in the tub i'd practice exhaling breathing exercises,I would close my eyes and picture in my head that my sphincter is loosening up when I exhale,at the same time I would relax my sphincter.When I get out of the tub I would usually feel so loose down there that a few times I would even let a angel gas rip afterwards because my sphincter is so relaxed.I don't know if it would help everybody rip a angel gas afterwards since my AF doesn't cause me too spasm as often as other ppl here but it should help.Btw i found the culprit that made my bum burn after my pre-bed time sitz and it was the tblsp. of salt,may work for other ppl but not me.
