all is well down there,cant believe its been a year already! geeezz...anyway,hope everyone is well,i dont use the computer much anymore,like once a week or so,but i keep up on all the discussion as best i can..see you guys[and girls] later!

that is great news!!!! so a year out from a fistulotomy, do you get any seldom pain, irritation, or even any bleeding moments like some post-LIS?
how is your diet? are you pretty back to normal eating as you wish or do you still take your fiber and other stuff?
just asking these questions so those who may have this type of situation can find lots to look forward to once their fistulotomy is done with.

i eat regular stuff now,i still take 5-6 metamucil caplets at lunch everyday,tend to drink alot of water,even when im not thirsday,its like a habit.i do gat a rare irritation down there,after a "good wiping",sometimes it feels ..tender,it may have done that before,but its been so long i cant remember! hey kim,i erased the real fish picture i was gonna post..i SWEAR it was real too...
