Yes it's always a worry what to use or whether to leave it be....such a mine field but sometimes just giving our body a little bit of extra time can help it.
Blooming heck Mr F your going private and still having to jump through hoops...that is SO bad, it's not meant to be like this healthcare shouldn't make you even more ill trying to access it.
Well the 4th cocktail certainly helped ease the frustration of not being able to have a brownie sundae lol :D

Ha Ha MPB!

Just amended my earlier post, for some reason this post didn't show when i first logged in, but I have now managed to get an appointment, though unfortunately its a long wait, the 14th November was the earliest possible (except for a date that coincided with my sister's graduation day), and I think its an NHS cancellation appointment. The Private Hospital couldn't offer me anything before the 24th Nov. I understand via MrB that this surgeon is something of a pioneer in PS surgery, as he offers a new procedure (a Fibrin Glue injection), which is supposedly much less invasive than the other, frankly horrific, sounding options. Anyway, it sounds like he's certainly in demand, hopefully that's an indication of its merit and it'll be worth the wait! :D

Take care, MPB!

Good luck and let us know what he says

Hey Mr F, did you get to see the new surgeon? Any news on whether he can fix the pilonidal cyst for you? Hope you are doing well.
