Lecia
The same happened to me today, I tried squatting and it was quick and painful - and the whole area aches a lot.
It may be because my stool was too soft today, it is hopeless to get the perfect pooh for my fissure. Maybe I am eating too much fruit, beans, vegetables, olive oil, flaxseed, etc.
Take care, Corsica :)

Image Just thanks for being you dear Fissy Image
I wanted to ask about our wound care !
Lecia i am sorry you had a bad day yesterday i saw you post somewhere about your squatting experiance but now i cannot find it !!!
Going from our years of normal sitting routines to squatting can make one nervous esp like Fiss said if we are compromised in that area to begin with :(
I have tried it too and no joy I just got myself all tense and sore Image
I still feel I need my toilet or seat raised higher, I will look into this ! Image
I really hope you are having a better day today my freind Image
Where did you order the bebo mebo cream ??? I need some !

I ordered the cream from the link that Sadiebum has on her thread. It is in New Zealand I believe. I got the wound care and burn repair. I was using aloe vera but got folliculitis and now I am scared to put anything on there but maybe this will be helpful. Wouldn't that be great if a cream actually did something???

I sure did and I got the burn repair. I figured WTH, it might help too and it was going to be $20 to ship anyway regardless of what I ordered so I got another cream too.

We'll have to compare notes!!!
