... a barrier cream like Vaseline or calmoseptine before a BM. Does the surgeon have any further suggestions for you besides Botox? I don't believe acupuncture can heal a fissure, I have tried it for other purposes though.

Yes, thank you. I've been to a CR and physical therapy and acupuncture. The CR says to just keep doing what I'm doing holistically, and if things get worse again we should consider botox next. And as last resort surgery. He seems very concerned about ...

I normally go by how they make me feel when meeting them whether or not they are good. I love Reiki so much once you find a good vibe with someone you can go to just them. I've been to a few different people for Reiki. I'm interested in trying cupping, acupuncture, and acupressure too
