Nitroglycerin and urinary incontinence

Do any other ladies out there notice problems holding in urine while on nitro? When I upped my dosage, I would have a lot of trouble holding it in, especially when sneezing or when I had to go badly. I wasn't sure if it was the nitro or the fact that I had a baby six months ago but I didn't remember...

Fecal Incontinence?

I see there is a risk of fecal incontinence after fistula surgery. Has anyone had this happen to him? I am so nervous this may happen. :(
