... confused; nothing seems to be working to ease this sitting burning anal pain (pelvic floor physical therapy, biofeedback, Botox, nerve blocks, acupuncture, using a standing sitting desk)!

... Things seem to be ticking along..... Still no period..... Still sore... But not too bad. I'm having some good days, and some not so good days. My acupuncture lady is back up and running, so saw her yesterday. I really believe that it's working to relieve my pain. I have a long way to go.... But ...

Aah... Thanks alyssa. It looks like acupuncture done the western scientific way .... But focused on precision points in muscles. Very interesting.

She uses red light therapy on me as well, and I have managed to up my gabapentin to 300mg 2 times a day. On a good day this is really helping ...
