recommendation for a colorecal surgeon for a Lis ?

Hi all,
After over 2 years of suffering off and on, with anal fissures in random places, I'm thinking of getting the surgery. Any recommendation of a good surgeon in Massachusetts or Connecticut would be really appreciated. I read that in a good surgeon's hands, the recurrence rate is much less.

Looks like no one had any good luck with surgeons in Boston?
