Has anyone used HydroC in the AM and NatCalm in the PM and had great success with stools?
Thanks!

I have been using hydro-c for 3 weeks and reduced the fiber to less than 10 grams per day and I am slowly healing now. More fiber and water did not work for me, it actually made it worse.

I use Hydro-C for 4 years already, alongside NaturalCalm. I alternate between them, one week Hydro-C and the next week Natural Calm.
I managed to keep the AF at bay during this time with no problems. These are the only two products I use, besides a very clean diet (I am eating according to the Perfect Health Diet - Paul Jaminet).
Best of luck!

Yes, unfortunately. But you can use other brands of buffered Vitamin C with similar benefits. Try Thorne, which can be found on Amazon.
