I always buy mine at Whole foods. When I looked at my regular grocery store, they didn't have it.
I have not tried this yet on my bum. I will eventually, but it scares me to do anything new.

I buy Garden of Life too - I buy some other supplements from them also - excellent product line ! But, any organic coconut oil will do, and one that is pure and intended for food. There are some that are produced as body -oils - those have additives and such - so steer away from them.

No - It has never helped with any burning with me. I use it as a barrier and for healing. I alternate using it with vitamin E oil.
