Well, you are just living the nightmare. We've all been through that here. An occasional fast is OK, but when you do eat, eat nutritiously.
I don't know what to tell you about the watery discharge. Do you have a CRS -- I'd call them or your GP and mention that.
One vicodin shouldn't be enough to constipate, but don;t look for it to do much, either. 800 mg of ibuprofen may work just as well if not better, as it is an anti-inflammatory.
