hehe well i wouldnt say i have a grip :) it was not bleeding for 1 week.. then it broke sunday... and today... it has been off and on for years. ughh!

Have you ever tried a Miralax ? Or Benefiber powder ? Metamucil makes poop bulkier and can be a problem for some people.
For me Metamucil worked fantastic after the first LIS, but after the second I had to go with NO bulking and just "softeners" Image

Yes, I switched to metamucil powder and it is better.
