Hilarious gift find! (that only we would find amusing)

Hi everyone,
I came across a rather funny gift while I was shopping online. I am looking for a gift to give a friend who is about to have brain surgery and will be confined to his recliner after the surgery for a couple weeks. A gift that is funny but is something he can use to amuse himself while he's just sitting. While I was searching for this gift, I came across this:
