Miralax - Ahhhh, my Knight in shining armor!

Postby Cagirl » 01 Dec 2010, 09:34

So I switched rom Colace to Miralax and was afraid to at this 11th hour. My LIS is tomorrow and the bottle of Miralax says it produces a stool in *one to three days*! I don't have one to three days to find out! But I tried it anyway and it worked! Actually very soft, a little too soft, but much better than the 2 Colace I'd take at night and then have to drink 4 glasses of water in the morning and pace for 20 minutes, even taking MOM in addition to the Colace sometimes. Just impossible with 2 small kids.
So I sure hope the Miralax continues to work! Thank you everyone here!
Now I'm going to go stress out about surgery tomorrow.

It's been great for me Cg. And like Ng said you can adjust the dosage as you need. :)

I just saw a new generic Miralax (same ingredient) at Walmart. Now Kroger, Walgreen's, and Walmart all have a cheaper generic. Image
