I feel like my fissure is just so fussy to msny soft bms, a formed bm, lots of liquid bms, odd shape bm it flears up because of anything even will flear from a perfect bm sometimes

I know what you mean. I'm actually having a flare up at the moment. grrrr. My husband reckons it stress that sets me off. And as you say I can have perfect bm then suddenly it'll flare up after a week or two of no issues like out of the blue and I'm saying "that was a perfecr poo why the pain all of a sudden?" I think our bodies get into a rut and it's really hard to come all the way out. I don't get in as much pain now as I used to though. How are you?

Hi, thats good that you have some other contacts regularly, I think it helps more people you can share ideas with. I'm getting better which is really good. I actually had a phone consultation with the lady who i used to go and see before the pandemic. she specialises in pelvic pain. She never fixed my problem but always seemed to understand it and also reassured me nothing was actually physically wrong and that it's more of a mental thing for me. This conversation did help I have improved since then and it's dialled down the discomfort a lot.
how are you this week?

That's great to hear.
I'm day 7 without any softeners or fiber supplements cool me crazy but I'm on a hunt to find out what's wrong, why i get constipation what is it my body is telling me what doesn't it like instead of cover up the symptom with a stool softener. I'm doing the low fodmap diet because i did a gut questionnaire and it came back that i likely have gut inflammation. I've altered it abit mainly dropped a few constipating things off it like unripe banana and potatoes. I went silly on the first day and ate way to much checkpeas and paid the price for the next 3 days. I found something interesting I'll post the link here

interesting article, seems hard to know exact cause of constipation without eliminating one by one. I'll be interested to see if you can find the culprit and hopefully you can drop it out of your diet. let me know your results!

I've probably over restricted mu diet considering I'm breastfeeding but I'm fiaaure has been sore for 5hrs straight now so I'm keen to get rid of the hard bms I'm experiencing so I'm going at it quite strictly. My problem is the first part of my bm is hard individual pebbles then a combo of hard to soft then soft it transitions out

Oh I hate that it’s so annoying when you get those pebbles at first! And hard to know how to stop that, for me it’s using movicol daily I’m scared to go cold turkey like you to find what causes hard bm!!
