i had my LIS back in october, after about 5 months, i thought the incision was healed. didn't have pain for a few months. but then yesterday and today i got a slight prick type pain from the incision site :groan:

I'm not quite sure how you would know when the incision has healed, if you're talking about the cut on the internal sphincter itself. It's inside and not visible to you. And if you're talking about the external cut, used to access the internal sphincter, it should heal within one or two days. Are you talking about the fissure itself?

Diltiazem for two years - didn't work well
