Can an acute fissure have a senitel pile?

Postby Bluecat » 25 Jan 2022, 16:50

Reading and reading and reading...
Articles all say sentinel pile means chronic fissure. But my pile (I describe it as a little lump but when my bum spreads it kinda looks like a labia hahaha) anyway my pile showed up almost immediately after my fissure

Any info would be great. Thanks!

I am sure jibe is acute even though I’ve had it for months. It does heal and get better and then I do something to ruin my progress. So anyway, I have had the pile also. I wondered the same. Atm it’s not there as I am really in good shape and seem to be making healing progress, but as soon as it’s reopened. It comes back. So yes, I totally think you can.
