He says don't get an LIS for ANAL SPASM - he doesn't mention not getting one if you have an ANAL FISSURE.

Fair enough. I should have stated I am the only one that I have seen post about it without doing a search and I have been fairly active for someone who was cured years ago. I am not even sure why I am still coming on here other than to offer my own experiences.
