about 4 weeks Gluten Free and on one 250mg Magnesium Pill one glass of metamucil at night.
I literally have only about 1-5 minutes of irritation after a BM.. and have had only one minor spasm..
And I have had perfect poos 4 days straight which I can never remember having..
I don't even think that happens to so called "normal folks"
It used to be 3-12 hours pain and irritation..and never really clean unless Could bath at home..
My levator ani thanks me...it's like a miracle..
Gluten free Magnesium absorbing Miracle.
I still knock on wood because my mind doesn't believe its real after 5 years of Hell..

I am taking Nature Made Magnesium. The ingredients say Magnesium Oxide.
I take one 250mg at night before bed. I read that for the maximum absorbtion it should be taken on a empty stomache.
I snack on cashews during the day too which have magnesium. And I take one Nature made multivitamin after lunch that has 100mg of Calcium and 40mg of Magnesium.. So if you add it up I am probably getting close to your dose of 400mg a day..
