calmoseptine creme

i was suggested by a friend to buy some of this creme and try it. went out and got it yesterday. i am sure it is a very good product but it burnt me and i had to take a bath to get it off my skin. anyone else use this before? i keep hearing good things about it, but it just didnt work very good for me.

Hey Jenny,
I used it some with my fissure. You only need a very small amount. It works like a barrier cream, not a healer for fissures . I think it's used for bed sores, diaper rash, fistulas. I know it has zinc and some kind of menthol. Try using a smaller amount and if it still burns, then stop. It may be that you used too much...

This stuff really helped at least soothe the area, made it feel much better for me. But my CRS told me to use it only in emergencies when I feel like I'm going to "itch myself crazy" because I have some seepage and he doesn't want it blocking that in and hindering any healing.
I wish I had that healing itch back, that would be wonderful. I can't even get to that anymore.
