Just when I was starting to second guess my surgery scheduled for Oct 28, this morning I have the worst morning in a long time. First BM started harder than normal and then blood on the bowl for first time in at least a couple months. Second BM three hours later, more blood.
I am scared of surgery and the recovery issues but it is clear to me it is time. Awful.

Oh dear... Can it be hemms? Did u take stools softener and fissure diet?
