Well this session is again a more normal elimination experience but with a tiny amount of stinging. I know to still expect the hours of pain and discomfort after my soak, but I am hoping this means I am making progress.
Still going to have surgery, though. Just looking at this as a time of perfecting my poop routine so I will hopefully have the best chance of healing after - and any progress I can make towards healing now, all the better.
