A little trick i learned for pain relief...

Postby beachgirl » 07 Nov 2011, 13:08

take a latex glove and fill the fingers with water ... freeze by dangling.
remove when frozen and use a knife to carve to size if necessary. use a small rubber band to tie off to desired size. leave a little extra so you can grab onto it.
the end result is to make little "ice gloves" that look like ice bullets. they slip nicely into a**-cracks and can be changed out easily. i find they really help for pain relief when i need ice.

I found that direct application is too harsh for me. I keep a stash of ziplic sandwich bags filled 1/2 inch hanging in the freezer. When I need it I grab one and wrap in about 3-4 moist wipes. It is the perfect size to fit between my cheeks. I position just behind the hole so it is aldo snug to that valley leading from the hips to lower back. Ive found that placement gives the most relief to me.

Beachgirl, trying to figure that word.
Act crack?
Ape crack?
Art crack?
I am stumped! :)

i have heard of people putting ice chips up their butts... not to mention potatoes and whatnot (but that is another topic for another day.)
so i assumed this was okay.
the ice melts in about five minutes.

i once has put the ice on my protruding piles and it's so painful that i shouted. From then on, i believed my CRS when he said never to put ice directly on it. hahaha.
