Vaseline, Oil or Lube??

I have been reading that a lot of people are applying Vaseline before a BM. I have been using some lube or just coconut oil before and after a BM. Are they all OK or is one better?

they are all the same with the same purpose to lubricate your anus so that the stools could glide out easier
