I love hummus! I didn't know it was okay to eat Image Thanks Jenbug!.
I am so thankful to all here for the tips/advice and sharing what you all have been through that helps us newbies know more about this condition..

don't go out and buy storebought hummus! I make mine a little differently.
I process one can of garbanzo beans after I've drained them, add a little bit of sweet paprika, sea salt and white pepper. Then instead of oil, I use plain greek yogurt to finish it off.
It doesn't keep as long, but it's a lot better than all that tahini! At least for me it is. And it gives me a little bit of dairy in my diet, which I know a lot of the people here don't do, but I can't go without some cheese or yogurt.

Awww cheese :(. I miss it so much- I'm a rat for cheese :) I'm changing my eating to a better lifestyle n to keep BM's soft :( I
I had already lost 50 lbs due to chemotherapy n now I've lost about 10 more cause of fissure :(. Thank u all for ur ideas.
