I'm quite sure I'm headed for LIS surgery. I actually can't wait. I have a question. After this surgery, how long is it until you can exercise? I run and do strength. I will probably have a skin tag removed also...I'm sure that will make it a little longer. Thanks!!!

From what I have read - you must wait a few weeks/possible a month after surgery - Hopefully someone who has been through it will comment here sweetie.. Plz take care..
