Hi, I'm having ongoing issues with pain after BM's. Yes I have a fissure which is healing but my pile/s are giving me heaps of pain, so my surgeon is going to band them on Thursday. Can anyone tell me if this is a painful procedure? During and afterwards? I'm sure many of you on this forum have had piles issues too so hopefully you may be able to help me with what I can expect over the next few days...... Oh yeah, is is likely that the nearly healed fissure will re-tear during the procedure?..... thanks.
