hi guys been taking pain relief for about two weeks now after polyp removal and botox for fissure ,
am taking approx 2x200mg ibroprfen 3x a day
2x200mg paracetamol 2x a day
porrage or mini max for breakfast
wholemeal sandwich for lung
soup or chicken or something light for dinner
the odd apple here and there
loads of water ,1 or 2 pepermint teas or normal tea
question is ,my poop has gone a light colour even light yellow ,i am thinking maybe the pain relief has done this
am on movicol and fybogel to
any ideas

yeah, your transit time might be faster with the movicol so you are experiencing a change in stool color due to digestive juices that are making their way through your system faster than normal. Also, are you sure you're eating enough calories? Your diet sounds pretty lean, and when the body is being undernourished there can also be this kind of change in stool color.

hi jr2 ,only been having 1 bm a day for last 5 days ,only having half a sachet of movicol in morning and before bed ,
at the mo my diet is lean ,but before fissure i was 19 stone ,down to 18 now in 3 months dont realy get hungry
have the odd pig out now and then
