just curious, do any of you have tempurpedic beds?
do you think sleeping on it helps with your problems or does it provide relief in any way?

I am guessing no one has one here? We bought our mattress from someone selling them out of his basement (which I do not recommend). I would like to invest in a good quality mattress though so let us know if you end up trying one out!

I have a good friend who bought the tempupedic mattress. He wound up not liking it, said it molded to his body *too* much and he felt "trapped." He actually gave me the matching pillow, which I still use. I love the material as a pillow...

well we do have one in the master bedroom and i love it.
but originally i ordered the trial stuff and home kit (a small sample of the material) and ever since have been bombarded with great offers, some varying from 12 months free financing to 48 months with everything free shipping.
of course it comes with a 90 day home trial so if you don't like it, you can always return it.
now that i am getting my pug and i have fish to tend to and they will all be in my bedroom/room with my cat, i finally bit the bullet and ordered one for my bedroom. i added the adjustable base though, which allows you to use a remote control thing to change the shape of the bed, heat the bed (great for winter), and also program the bed to give you three different massages. yes, i went all out.
i decided after going thru 4 years of crappy fissure stuff that i deserve some rewards. so my pug puppy (scheduled to arrive sept. Image and the tempurpedic bed for my room are my rewards.
i'll need the best sleep possible if i have to be taking care of a cute puppy :-) oh, i am so excited, it's like having two children now, Pooh and the pug, Bear (that is his name for now).
****
i love our tempurpedic bed that we have now. and if you don't want to buy one but want to experience it, the next best thing to get would be the Tempurpedic Body Pillow, costs $150. so if you like hugging pillows or sleeping on your side or tummy with pillows beneath you or in between your legs and arms, then the Body Pillow is a great luxury item to have.

I have a tepur-pedic matress cover... and I love it. It doesn't help my fissure, but since I spend so much time in bed b/c of pain... it is great.
My neighbour has a pug and I love her!!! She is like blackish-gray. A real pistol of a pup!
