this will be the first time ive done this mono raw vegan diet since my AF..so ill be eating raw and taking a probiotic and i might use an anti fungul cream in my anus seeing i have candida...my ass itches all the time.do you think you might have candida?
most people have atleast slight yeast issues but im severe.
have thrush and toe nail fungus and chronic fatige and acne since all thi nightmare started 3 yrs ago.

ive read that antibiotics and some medication can cause AF's
i developed my AF after taking antibiotics
then all hell broke loose i got really sick and it took me 1 yr to realize i was alergic to gluten.
food aleriges is a sign of candida in alot of cases
my candida symptoms are thrush-toe nail fungus-foggy brain-acne-sinus problems-sleeping problems-urinated alot at night-itchy anus.

I'm allergic to gluten too. I went gluten free a few weeks ago. How long until the gluten is out of my system?
My excema on my leg is already gone from going gluten free.

It takes 5 days for the body to excrete any left over gluten or food if you have not eaten it again in all those days.

As i said most food alergies are from candida.
so you have to get the candida under control first then heal the body.
probally atleast 2-6 months i would say to heal the intestines and digestion after you have healed the candida.
also forgot to mention other possible causes of AF's are std's and hiv and ibs/crohns disease.

Aaaaaaaa! That's all scary stuff. My fissure pain started after I had the biggest poop of my life. I mean I think it came out sideways like a brick.does that mean it was caused by big poop most likely instead of a disease?

in my opinion large stools wouldnt cause anal fissures if that was the case then anyone thats has anal sex or uses dildo's would get them from stretching the ass...lol every gay or bi guy or chick that has anal sex.so many factors in why AF's happen.zinc and b6 deficency-candida-std's-childbirth-medication-cancer radiation and so on.
seems funny that alot of people have cured AF's by useing anti fungal cream and going on a anti candida diet.
i think anyone that cant get rid of them needs to get an std/sti check too.

My urine sample came back clean last week. I'm getting blood test results Monday.could herpies cause fissure not to heal? Doc said herpies could not show up on std test sometimes.

My doc misdiagnosed me last week and gave me a fluconazole pill for yeast on accident. At least it will kill candida if I did have candida
