How do you on a daily basis?

Usually I eat 3 large meals, once at breakfast, lunch and dinner but felt hungry all day doing this. Today I've so far eaten 4 smaller meals spread out
Breakfast-half a bran muffin, oatmeal with blueberries and raspberries
Snack- half an apple with peanut butter, a mango and two oatmeal coco cookies (homemade)
Lunch- 1cup quinoa w/olive oil, 1cup veggies (broccoli,squash,mushroom) and a cup of nuts(cashews,pecans, Brazil nuts) I chew them very finely. Oh and a mandarin
Snack-half cup of dairy free coconut almond ice cream with a few dark chocolate covered almonds.
For dinner ill be having a sweet baked potatoes cooked with a little sea salt, olive oil and avocado.
I also drink around 4-5 liters of water a day, I'm breast feeding.
Do these food choices sound ok to you guys? I've been eating a lot of whole wheat bread and chicken lately(pretty much everyday) so I thought I'd cut those out every few days.

waoo, good diet!
- Start my day with a cup of Honey, lemon hot water. (My Chinese doctor recommended this to avoid constipation)
- Breakfast: I usually eat whole wheat bread with milk for breakfast
- 2 glasses of water between meals with a sesame cookie
- Lunch: Cooked vegetables with meat, chicken or eggs. Coffee for dessert. I know this is not very fissure friendly, but before I use to drink coffee four times a day, so I'm already doing my best.
- Oatmeal with almond milk for supper. 2 glasses of water between meals. If I go out to run errands I buy smoothie
- Dinner: Pasta or soup.
- Yogurt for TV time
- End my day with a cup of Honey, lemon hot water. (My Chinese doctor recommended this to avoid constipation)
Voila!, next day pain free BM :D Image

Galatmat, How much honey do you put in your water? Do you drink it warm? I like that idea! :)

a tablespoon of honey + half lemon (green lemon). I drink it tea hot, like hot hot. Drink eat slowly if you have time.
The honey lemon water + my morning walk has been the best additions to my routine. I totally understand you I have a 11 month old. I stop breast feeding at 6 months :(, I didn't have enough milk

I forgot about the hot honey and lemon tip! It's great for cleansing your system of impurities (also recommended to me by a Chinese Doctor!) Thanks for bringing this one up Galamat. I will go buy some lemons tomorrow too!.........

So I e been venturing out with my meals the last week and wanted to share!
Breakfast- Vega vanilla shake with blueberries,banana, tsp of almond butter, cup of almond milk & a high fiber English muffin with almond butter and honey drizzled in it.
Lunch- whole wheat tortilla with butter, hummus, mango and an avocado with olive oil
Dinner- chicken with broccoli, yellow squash and zucchini and butternut squash soup
Dessert- dairy free coconut/cookie dough ice cream with two gluten free snicker doodles.
I love my food and would be lost/depressed/dis functional without it! Although, I will not touch white bread or white pasta or cheese or red meat with a 12 foot pole!

Also, does anyone drink decaf coffee? I miss Starbucks SO much :(

Oh no bgd! Eat more! You'll feel better and eating just an apple isn't good for your BM's. totally know where your coming from though, when I first got my af all I would eat was raisin bran cereal for every meal.

I see that alot of people on here eat "jacket" potatoes? Sorry for the stupid question but what exactly is that? I thought potatos were constipating due to how starchy they are?
