I know that AF is horrible, but at least we can gain something positive from the process? Mine as:
1. I now eat 100%(sort of) healthy food. I don't drink anything that is not warm water; I don't eat sweet food anymore and I find that actually I don't need them for whatever reasons.
2. I lost 20 pounds in the process and might lose more if AF does not heal.
3. I exercise more. Well not a lot more but 30-60 mins of walking daily helps I guess.
