galamat, it is something I have learn with my fissure is that you have to cherish the best days and leave the worry when the bad days are upon you.
Living in constant fear is not good for the mind and the body. I am happy that I touched your with my words that is a positive thing.

owmybum I am so happy you are posting and feeling better, yes I hope it is just my littler hem giving me problems, so far so good, today no more blood, but I ate some sushi and got the runs badly, so I am a bit sore from the diarrhea.
