Though that sounds like a good safe diet some of us can't be that safe "/ going 4 hrs without eating is impossible for me! I'm breast feeding and am hungry ALL the time! I eat prolly every 2 hours. This scared me sometimes but I need extra fat and calories. I try to make all my meals as healthy as possible and drink about 4 liters of water a day.

Hello to everybody, thanks for your posts, splinterboy i applied at the morning after BM and before sleep, also if you had a BM during the day also after doing it, but like i said is still in medical study this cure is for 8 weeks and i get always two tubs of cream one white and one yellow, i applied the white and after 15 minutes the yellow, but i m almost 100 prcent sure that is about soft BM, like buttastic you can healed it naturally you just need soft BM for like two-three months and then the fissure heals, also stay away from spicy food and especially junk food i change my food nutritment and my life completly after this 10 months of fight, it can be done but focus on soft BM is the key , good luck to all of you
