Hello everyone. About three years ago I had a painful hemorrhoid that caused a fissure. The Dr. gave me a prescription for nifedipine to heal it and it did. However, ever since then I have had regular itchiness and also what a new Dr. thinks to be either scar tissue some sort of pile? I went to the new Dr. about a year ago to see if he could give me something for the itchiness and he said the little bump was likely scar tissue. Just recently I went back and now he wants to take a sample of the area. Has anyone had anything like this? He said he doesn't think its anything bad but would like to be safe.
Also, if anyone has had any success with healing itchiness I would much appreciate it. Thanks
