6 months after LIS

Postby agnibeat » 19 Oct 2014, 13:11

All,

I had posted my last update 6 weeks post LIS on
recent-lis-surgery-seeking-advice-suggestions-t8291.html

Now it has been 6 months and 2 weeks.

I am living a completely normal life. The surgery was a great success.

I have continued the discipline of diet
+ high fiber
+ lot of water
+ flax seeds, avacado, cucumber, mango, orange smoothie
+ benefiber 1 spoon
+ Gave up MAC - Meat, Alcohol, Protein
+ Purchase an electric heating pad and sit on it for 15 minutes twice a day to promote blood circulation
+ Continue to take 1 tablet 50mg Sodium Docusate stool softener before going to bed daily. Will continue this until 1 year anniversary of LIS

If anyone has questions let me know.
Happy Speedy Recovery to Everyone!
If you have been waiting for LIS then follow your doctor's advise ... I am very happy post LIS

Next update in a few weeks!
