Diet & Health Tips and Tricks Series

Postby Deleted User 3925 » 06 Nov 2014, 01:43

Hey gang

Good to be back. Nice to see some old and new faces here.
Hope everyone is fairing well, sore butt notwithstanding.

I'm doing well, no fissure issues at the present. I'm coming
back here to relay a series of important health and diet tips
that sure will go a long way in controlling if not keeping our
fissures, digestion bowels etc. under lock and key.

In passing I mentioned previously that I grew up in a religion that
heavily stressed the importance of diet and health. As I battled my fissures
in the past I came to realize that many of the things we do to
aggravate our fissure is talked about in the references I will give.

I will give you guys a hand-full of them here over the next few weeks
before I disappear again. If your wondering who the Author is I will
tell you in about a week when this board allows me to paste url's.

c u then....

You are back! So glad to hear you are not having fissure trouble. That is wonderful.
Nifedipine/lidocaine, no help
Diltiazem, effective, but caused major rash
Nitroglycerine, effective.
Topical estrogen for final healing.
Gentle heat to bottom - pain relief, muscle relaxant
Kondremul mineral oil
Time - lots of time.
Status - Healed!

Still at it, Buttastic - fine most of the time but with the occasional pain. Stress seems to be a big factor.
Working on a new remedy right now! The world will know when the time is right. :D :D :D

Unfortunatly I'm on a down hill after failed flap surgery. You can read about it in the diary section if you want... But there's quite a few pages.... And it's a bit depressing TBH!!

Great to see you back... And even better to see you're still fissure free!
