This is my first post here, so maybe this information is here and I have not found it.
I would like to recommend to the forum a product that can be used as a laxative and is pretty amazing.
It's oxygenated magnesium and sold under several brands Oxy Powder is one and MagO7 another. It is sold as a bowel cleanser, but also can be used as a laxative. It is quite gentle without the cramping of senna, or castor oil (these are the only ones I tried other than milk of magnesia which did nothing for me). It turns my normally hard stony stool - which led to hemorrhoids, hemorrhoidectemy surgery and fissures- to soft, easy to pass stool. Had I only discovered this sooner it would have saved me a lot of pain.

Go to Amazon and read reviews. I will later post some caveats for this when I get to a real keyboard.
