I'm back once again haha because this is really a pain in the ass.

I noticed this past days my bum hurt a little whenever I sit and walk. I checked it out and I saw this small white circle thing in my anus. I had a big feeling this is either an external hemorrhoid or an anal fissure skin tag. It is not much that visible unless I "push". I'm trying my best to maintain this and it seemed to got worse.

What should I do? Once again, surgery is not an option. I can't avoid using wipes, especially at work.

I'm just sad that this is getting worse. I'm sorry, I'm just so tired.

Could you start doing daily sitz baths and maybe some nitro, or diltiazem or nifedipine cream from your doctor.?

I read some of your previous posts...you were taking Metamucil. Are you still doing that?

Yes I still take fiber to make my stool soft.
It is not painful but I feel uncomfortable especially when I'm sitting or after defecating.
I'm taking sitz baths from time to time, the pharmacy says I can't take creams without a doctor's prescription. Also, I don't have any money to pay for the doctor so I'm stuck with other conventional cures.
