Hi, it's definitely tricky traveling with these high needs bottoms. What I did when I was away was take an extra magnesium on days when I thought I'd had a bit much white carbs or protein. How reliable do you find your stool softener?
AF since Jan '15 postpartum
Taking: Lax-sachets, flaxseed oil, Mg
Topical: Diltiazem, Sudocrem
Circulation: Warm wheat bag, relax, short walks
Tried: Rectogesic, slippery elm, Lactulose
