Yellow cheese
Kumara/sweet potatoes
White bread/buns/doughy things.
Tinned beans any kind (too high fiber)
Green beans
Too much caffeine (dries out my bms)
Too high fiber foods (or eating to much high fiber in one sitting)
Fake food, highly processed foods
"Edited"
I now take 1 serving of psyllium husk daily plus eat more vegetables i avoid the above foods and have created larger normal bms i no longer take any softeners and I've not had lis my fissure started nearly 9 years and i can for the first time say things are going well not perfect but having normal bms without the softeners has been a game changer I'm doing good now for about 3 months
