Anal Fissure Support Forum

A few years ago I had a chronic fissure that was eventually healed after several years through anoplasty + lis. However now a new fissure has occured (I have no idea why!) and I've moved country to Germany, and I cannot find any good CRS here! I've been to two different ones and neither of them is good – one was extremely poor at explaining and taking time with people, and the other was outright painful during the physical exam which I considered really unnecessary.

I would take any recommendations for a competent and careful doctor in Germany or France who takes his/her time with the exam and explanations, and listens to their patients. I'm willing to pay privately for this. If anyone has any recommendations in Germany or France (southern Germany or Eastern France would be ideal but not necessarily).
