I take my son swimming twice a week in a chlorinated pool, and it doesn't seem to affect my AF...actually feels nice to go swimming...relaxes the muscles.

I remember asking this question a couple of years ago - everyone said it was ok! And I did go swimming, and it was fine.

Thank You! I was concerned because not sure how the chlorine would react with the AF---I went in the ocean on Tuesday & it was TERRIFIC! I'm having a little trouble finding my way around this site but I can not wait to get more feed back about other concerns---I wish you all a pain free day! ; D

How about being in the pool a few weeks after surgery? I was thinking maybe floating in cool water might feel good, but wasn't sure about the risk of infection or something. Has anyone every asked their CRS?
