Hey all,
Thanks for the kind words!! Rob, congrats on being in the new butt club!!! I do hope your healing well and feeling great!!! I'm glad I was able to help you. I had a few helping me too!!
Angel,
In a month you will be back to your old self...I just can't say enough if I knew I would have felt so good so soon, I would have had surgery years ago!!! The fear of the unknown and reading the setbacks just freaked me out, so I waited hoping to heal myself, but with a fissure down to the muscle there is 0 chance. I do hope you are on your way to a full recovery!!
SB,
Girl was out on that bike today. I can't even begin to tell you how awesome it was. To have the wind in my face, the sun shining, and the exhaust rumbling, brought tears to my eyes!! I know for sure, that horrible AF is gone and I won this battle. I hope you are playing your piano, and enjoying life again!! <3
Good luck Linde!!! all will be fine and you will be on the other side before you know it. Just stick to the pre surgery care, water, miralax, and soak in the tub!!! I did 4 times a day and wore no undies for the first days or so. No gauze or cotton nothing and I didn't have any drainage really. I think the soaks and the air helped greatly!! Please let us know how you are after surgery!!
Hey London,
I sure know what you mean about these AF being the worst physical pain ever!!! That is an understatement!! I do hope your recovering well. Everyone heals at a different rate, what's important is you take the time to heal!!! no matter how long. I am just such a type A, I can't sit still for long...LOL and the pain I was in with my AF was so intense, my healing pain was nothing compared to that.
Again thanks to all of you!!! I will check in from time to time to see how everyone is feeling.
Sue
